Marmot Website Changes

It was announced during the Marmot Knowledge Base 101 MUG session that Marmot staff have moved documentation from the Marmot website to the Marmot Knowledge Base using a product called Confluence.  Here is a recording with a demo of the Marmot Knowledge Base. This demo shows how to search and use the knowledge base. You can find the link to the Knowledge Base documentation on the Marmot website under the For Members tab. You will see links for IT Services Documentation, Pika Documentation, and Sierra Documentation that will take you from the website to the new Marmot Knowledge Base.

Here is a recording of all the changes occurring on the website.  Here are the slides with this information as well. We will be sending updates when the documentation currently available through Google Docs will be removed. In the meantime, it would be best to change any documents you have bookmarked from the old materials in Google Docs to the new materials hosted in the Knowledge Base. We will no longer be updating the information on Google Docs.

We have also posted information on the blog on the Marmot Knowledge Base.

Let us know if you have any questions.
