Mary Katherine Katzer, Member Services Manager

Provides consultation and direct support services to the consortia members. The Manager guides the work of the member committees, coordinates user training, leads the development of policies for use of the system, and coordinates new product and service implementation.

Don Moeny, Special Projects Administrator

Undertakes those projects that will benefit the consortium or the management of Marmot’s systems that are, by nature, experimental or developmental. Projects assigned to the Special Projects Administrator have variable completion dates and are not mission critical for the day-to-day operations of the Marmot Library Consortium.

Roger Landauer, Telecommunications Administrator

Supervises the day-to-day operations of the network, including the computers, data communications network and telephone system.

Provides direct support services to the consortia members. Has primary responsibility for managing system parameters, managing Web applications for member libraries, and customizing user interfaces.

Administers Marmot’s Unix servers, Web servers, E-mail servers, TFTP servers, DNS servers, IP addressing, router configurations, and network security. Develops, tests, and assures operation of local area network system and Internet Services.

Sean Hanson, Information Systems Support Specialist

Builds, maintains, and repairs personal computers; installs and maintains workstations, servers, networks and telecommunications equipment at remote sites, and troubleshoots software, hardware, and networking problems.

Mary Pickens, System Operator

The first line staff member at the Help Desk, assisting the members of the consortium in operating and maintaining the computer system and telecommunications network.

Jason Stow, Workstation Technician

This position's primary responsibility is maintaining Marmot-supported equipment at member libraries. Jason spends considerable time "on the road" performing preventative maintenance. He also is the first responder to members contracting for Extended Technical Support.
