Marmot's New Phone System

On June 6, 2018, Marmot will be replacing our old phone system.
 
What does this mean for our users?
All servers and monitoring tools we remain up. There will be NO interruption to production or test servers/sites/services.
 
It does mean that the Marmot phones will not work, mostly inbound for that day and resume normal operation on June 7, 2018. Marmot will be monitoring all servers, services, sites and if an issue arises handle it in the background.

When emailing or filling out a ticket please be sure to include a description of the problem and a contact name with a phone number in case we need to call you back.
